Active Derbyshire, Learning, Support Others
Carers and those supporting carers from across Derbyshire attended the Derbyshire Active Carers event on Thursday 02 March to hear some inspiring stories from other carers about how they get active to support their own wellbeing and meet the services and organisations to support them.
There was also a training session for Get Yourself Active, a Disability Rights UK programme to support disabled people to be active. See below for some of the stories that were shared and the presentation slides from the day.
