The South Derbyshire Health and Wellbeing Partnership, funded by Derbyshire County Council Public Health, is pleased to announce that the Locality Fund is now open for applications.
This fund supports community-based health and wellbeing projects in South Derbyshire and contributes to the delivery of the South Derbyshire Healthier Communities Plan, which aims to improve the health and wellbeing of local residents, with a particular focus on preventing ill health and reducing health inequalities.
They welcome applications for projects seeking more than £3,000. As a guide, they are particularly interested in proposals in the region of £5,000–£10,000, which address one or more of the priorities outlined in the guidance.
If your project requires less than £1,500, please contact South Derbyshire CVS regarding the Small Grants Scheme.
Contact Rosena Goacher Rosena.Goacher@derbyshire.gov.uk for a Locality Fund application pack which includes the guidance.
