Proposals are invited for projects and initiatives that address one or more of the South Derbyshire Healthy Communities Plan key priority areas:

  • Health inequalities between different communities are reduced by building community resilience.
  • People are supported to move more and become more active in everyday life.
  • People are supported to age well, including those living with dementia and other long-term conditions, and their carers.
  • Improving emotional health and mental wellbeing.
  • Enable children and young people to start well.

Eligible organizations include registered charities, constituted community groups, CICs (limited by guarantee), and parish councils. Projects must benefit South Derbyshire residents.

Key dates:

  • Expression of Interest deadline: 5pm, 10th February 2025
