Grants of between £1,000 – £6,000 are available for local community projects in Nottingham. A variety of not-for-profit organisations can apply including smaller charities.
What’s Funded
Projects must bring together 2+ different faith / ethnicities / backgrounds to:
- Build relationships and trust
- Improve local communities
- Be new or developed work (not repeat activities).
2025 Priorities:
- Young people (16-25) projects building hope across diverse groups
- Cross-cultural wellbeing partnerships (menopause, education, caring, employment themes).
Eligible costs: Small equipment, volunteer expenses, staff costs for new work, overheads (max 15%).
What’s NOT Funded
- Projects outside eligible areas
- Repeat/annual events
- Single faith/ethnic group activities
- Faith promotion
- School curriculum/statutory services
- Major capital costs or building repairs
- Retrospective funding
- Individual applications
- Organisations with turnover over £200,000
Key Dates
- Deadline: 11.59pm, 13th November 2025
- Decisions: December 2025
- Projects complete by: 1st May 2026
