Holiday Activities and Food Programme: Autumn and Winter Applications

Active Notts, Funding, News

Groups interested in providing activities for the Nottinghamshire Holiday Activities and Food programme for the autumn and winter period are encouraged to complete an online application for funding.

The programme is for provision of activities for children aged 5-16 years (including 4-year-olds if in reception) who are eligible for and receiving benefit related free school meals.

Nottinghamshire County Council are particularly interested in receiving applications from providers established in the following areas:

  • Ashfield: Annesley Woodhouse, Coxmoor, Huthwaite, Selston, and Skegby
  • Broxtowe: Awsworth, Nuthall, and Trowell
  • Gedling: Daybrook
  • Mansfield: Forest Town and Mansfield Woodhouse
  • Rushcliffe: Cotgrave

A range of providers can deliver as long as they meet the minimum standards for delivery and pass the expression of interest process. Providers that currently deliver include schools, sports providers, SEND providers, youth services and more.

Applications opened 30th June 2025 and will close on Friday 18th July at 5pm.
