The Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme has provided healthy food and enriching activities to disadvantaged children and young people across Nottingham since 2018, benefiting their health, wellbeing and learning. Funded by the Department of Education, the programme is aimed at children and young people in reception to year 11 in receipt of benefit-related free school meals. The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme has been extended for a further three years. They are now inviting applications from schools and other organisations to deliver holiday clubs during spring, summer, October half-term and winter holidays.
Portal workshops
Successful applicants will be required to attend mandatory training on how to use the new portal. Training will be delivered via MS Teams. Please ensure a suitable member of your team is available on one of the following dates:
- Monday 23 February 2026, 4pm to 5.30pm
- Tuesday 24 February 2026, 12 noon to 1:30pm
