The Department for Culture, Media, and Sport have reopened the Heritage at Risk Capital Fund and is welcoming expressions of interest from organisations or individuals with legal responsibility for their asset/s.
£60 million is available to be allocated over the next four years through the Heritage at Risk Capital Fund, delivered by Historic England.
The aim of the fund is to support the repair and conservation of listed buildings of all grades, historic buildings in conservation areas, registered parks and gardens, and scheduled monuments.
Grants of up to £1 million are available, and priority will be given to applicants in areas of the highest levels of deprivation.
There is a two-stage application process and the first deadline for expressions of interest is Sunday 7th June 2026.
