Derbyshire Voluntary Action are hosting several FREE training sessions in September and October to support groups, collectives, and individuals who are seeking funding for their organisations.
The Word Gold: Mining sentences for success sessions will be held over Zoom, and each session will focus on specific topics that will enable fundraisers to maximise their reach and impact.
Grant Writing: Tuesday 23rd September at 9:30am
- Craft applications that inspire funders, with practical tips to maximise the impact of every sentence.
One-to-one Communication: Tuesday 7th October at 9:30am
- Build rapport, speak with confidence, and make “the ask” effectively. Includes a prompt sheet to take away for future use.
Stakeholders & Media: Tuesday 21st October at 9:30am
- Use words to inspire stakeholders, write stronger newsletters, and create social media that connects and convinces.
