We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic self-starter to join our Adult Health department in the role of Physical Activity & Health Officer. Within this role you will be delivering targeted physical activity and health interventions supporting patients living with long term health conditions and supporting people to live well with pain. All of our health programmes offer person centred, integrated and holistic approaches to improve the health and wellbeing of residents living in the city and the county. To be successful in this role you will possess experience in supporting individuals with specific health concerns on a one to one and group basis to make positive healthy lifestyle changes, with the ability to demonstrate an empathetic, person-centred approach and the ability to inspire and motivate others towards behavioural change.
