Performance Coach – Women’s Lacrosse

Nottingham Trent University

This role will be responsible for leading on the organisation, development and delivery of the Women’s Lacrosse programme at Nottingham Trent University, one of the top ranked university lacrosse programmes in the country. Working alongside the Head of Lacrosse and the wider support services staff, you will be directly responsible for the delivery of weekly training sessions and matchdays for our Women’s Lacrosse 1st Team, who play in BUCS Premier North 1, along with supporting the wider Women’s Lacrosse programme. Additionally, you will be instrumental in the recruitment, selection and retention of talented student athletes, both from within the UK and internationally, along with continuing to develop the thriving and successful performance culture at the heart of the club. With a strong history of delivering in a performance environment to high quality players, you will be instrumental in ensuring that Nottingham Trent University continues to be one of the premier institutions for any student wanting to combine high level lacrosse with a high quality education.
