Additionally, you will be vital in organising and coordinating club matches and tournaments, offering exciting opportunities for members to showcase their talents and compete at various levels. Athlete safety and well-being are top priorities, and you will champion initiatives to promote a safe and supportive training environment. While experience in competitive water polo is beneficial, it is not essential. This role is not only about coaching; it is about making a real difference.
