Invitation to Quote – Active Bystander Animation

We want to create an animated film to highlight what it means to be an active bystander and why it’s important in addressing inequality in activity. Insight shows that feelings of safety play a big part in stopping people from moving more and some of this is due to discrimination they face in activity settings and open spaces. Aims of the film: • Raise awareness of Active Bystanders and how we can all support people facing discrimination • Highlight why it’s important in supporting people to move more with our target audiences Please submit estimated costs and timescales based on a working from a finalised script. Quotations should be submitted by 10am on Thursday 28 August 2025, via email to katie.crockett@activepartnerstrust.org.uk Submitted quotes should include the following: • CV and/or covering letter which summarises the skills and experience relevant to the scope and assessment criteria. • A clear proposal for how the work would be carried out. • A schedule of costs and services. • Any further information which may support the proposal.
