Health Team Leader

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Team Leader within our Health department to lead a programme aimed at supporting patients living with long term health conditions, enabling them to live well with pain. Within this role you will lead and manage a small team to deliver the pain management programme and develop a range of physical activity, social and holistic health sessions and events for patients to access. Skilled in project delivery and development, you will possess the ability to inspire and motivate others towards behavioural change with an empathetic and person-centred approach. Experience of supporting individuals with specific health concerns on a one-to-one and group basis is essential to be successful in this role, along with experience of the delivery of health education talks to small groups and experience of working in partnership both internally and externally.
