Community Development Officer

As the Community Development Officer, you will: Advocate and support the local VCSE sector by driving growth and enhancing the reach of groups and organisations across Erewash. Coordinate development activities for new and established community groups. Provide expert advice, support, and funding guidance to voluntary and community organisations. Oversee key projects such as the Social Connect and the EVA small grants scheme. Represent EVA within wider Erewash system partnerships and contribute to EVA’s ongoing development.
