Community Activator

As a Community Activator, you will: Develop and implement Community Wellness Action Plans in collaboration with local networks. Employ place-based strategies to engage the community, leveraging local assets to build leadership and cohesion. Forge positive relationships across the community, enhancing inclusivity and cooperation. Act as a catalyst for community action, empowering residents towards the common good. Map local activities, maintain engagement records, and conduct evaluations to measure impact.
