This event has been organised in collaboration with the National Ice Centre. We are inviting all sports organisations and clubs to share their practice and learn from each other. This is an informal event. Club Welfare Officers, Coaches and/or committee members are very welcome but to get the most out of the event it would be useful to have an active knowledge of your club and to be comfortable talking to others and sharing practice.
Here’s what the day is expected to look like:
1.00 – 2.25pm – Active Bystander (Challenging Inappropriate Language, Behaviour, Codes of Conduct)
2.35 – 4.00pm – Youth Voice (Child First Coaching, Incorporating Youth Voice to Develop Safer Cultures)
We also have a limited number of tickets for the Notts Forest Netball Match from 4.00-5.30pm – these will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
