Over recent months, we’ve been working with a research consultant, Dr Rebecca O’Connor, to better understand where the High Peak system is at, how we work together and what are the barriers that make system working a challenge. Rebecca has engaged with partners across our borough, involved with the Move More High Peak work, through 1:1 interviews. We have been exploring key areas including:

How we collaborate and build relationships

Our approach to learning and adapting

Strategic alignment across partners

Investment targeting and coordination

How we develop and use insight to inform our work

How we advocate for and influence policy

During this workshop, you’ll hear feedback from this review, and will have the opportunity to add your thoughts to help shape a collective picture of our current system. More importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on these findings with partners and agree the actions we need to take.
