Stronger together…..

I think I’ve talked about me dropping a 20p piece at the Veterans Breakfast Club in Carlton and through that getting to talk to other people. Well I went one further on Friday in Arnold as someone came in to tell me that there were a whole lot of needles on the pavement outside the church and they were worried about dogs cutting themselves if they walked over them. So a couple of us went out and started picking up what turned out to be pins. A lady walking past then revealed that she had a mini magnet and stopped to help us. And after a group of workmen walked past with their coffees, one of them came back with some duct tape to help us to pick the pins up. So there we all were – a group of passers-by all helping each other to help Arnold….
