Franky, Derbyshire Sports Welfare Lead, will be running a free face to face Neurodiversity in Sport training session on:

This will be relevant to all sports, the content delivered will cover:
- Neurodiversity in a sporting context – what it means and why it matters.
- Traits vs labels – understanding a traits-based approach.
- The Behavioural Iceberg – a framework to support inclusive coaching design. Identifying traits in practice – how they manifest on the ground.
- Traits and environment – exploring sensory differences, executive functioning, and social/communication differences.
- Practical strategies and tips to support neurodivergent individuals across various environments.
