Your Time provides weekly well-being, body confidence weight loss support sessions – and also a Members Walk & Talk session.
As a Your Time member, your well-being is our priority we know that physical and mental health go hand in hand and we therefore follow a holistic approach supporting the whole person.
We provide weekly talking support groups where you can chat about your life challenges and learn simple tools to help you face those challenges.
We provide a weekly Walk & Talk session alongside these sessions. Getting out no matter the weather & having company while getting some gentle exercise and talking through your life challenges to others in our safe supportive community.
Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund & UK Prosperity Fund we have lots of well-being activities coming up as part of a Your Time membership. Including trips further afield to Walk & Talk.
