    Parkinson’s Chair Based Exercise Group. This is based in Melbourne but is open to all Derbyshire residents. It is on every Thursday from 1pm-3pm at Melbourne Assembly Rooms. This is also a social group and tea/ coffee will follow the exercise class. No need to book.
