Within this role you will co-ordinate, deliver and monitor high quality sessions across a range of Schools & Coaching programmes, including specific responsibility for a key project. The Schools & Coaching department provide a range of programmes including Schools’ Programmes, Holiday Courses, Community Football programmes and Talent Identification Programme, predominantly coaching children aged 4-11. You will also lead a small team of Community Coaches and/or Apprentice Community Coaches, providing development, leadership and support.
The role requires knowledge, experience and competency in delivering school sport and physical education, working within a school environment and community-based coaching. You will possess FA UEFA C (Level 2) Coaching Football and have demonstrable experience of at least two years’ in delivering high quality coaching sessions to children aged between 4 and 11 years. A skilled communicator, you will possess excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to apply your knowledge of age-appropriate coaching whilst maintaining committed to high standards.
