Invitation to Quote – IT Managed Services Provision

Active Partners Trust is seeking quotes for the provision of IT managed services for a growing organisation of 37 from 31st October 2026, when our current services renew. The initial contract will have a duration of 1 year with a view to future provision of a further 3 years. As we operate across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, it would be preferable for suppliers to be based in both/either of the two counties. The services we require are the following: – End User Support (Managed Support) – Managed IT Services – Cybersecurity Services – Microsoft Cloud Services – Data Protection & Backup – Identity & Access Security Within your quote, please could you provide the following information where available: • Response times • Resolution targets • System uptime (e.g. 99.9%) • Backup recovery times (RTO/RPO) • Security incident response times • Reporting requirements (monthly dashboards, service reviews) Please price based on per user / per device, and also include: • Setup/transition costs • Ongoing monthly charges • Out-of-scope rates (day rate, hourly) Please see the attached ITQ document for detail on the scope of this work and the required criteria.
