Lead the Change is a three-year funding programme supporting young people to create positive change. The programme helps young people build stronger, more connected communities. The fund offers a single grant of £123,353 over three years. It focuses on children and young people aged 18 and under in Nottingham.
The fund supports youth-led projects that strengthen community connections. Projects develop leadership skills and build digital literacy. Projects also challenge harmful narratives affecting young people. The fund prioritises young people impacted by xenophobia, racism, and Islamophobia.
BBC Children in Need and partners lead the national programme. Forever Notts delivers the fund locally.
Organisations can submit Expressions of Interest now. Applicants must apply through the Forever Notts Fundseeker Portal.
The Expression of Interest deadline is 29th April 2026.
