Grants of £10,000 to £20,000 support projects with one or more objectives.
These projects may repair and maintain community spaces and Projects may expand and improve community spaces.
Eligible applicants include registered charities, CICs, and Community Benefit Societies. Applicants must register with the relevant authority at least three years ago. Your organisation should own the project site. If not, you must hold a fully signed lease with at least three years remaining.
Grants of £10,000 and £20,000 can fully fund your project. You may contribute up to £20,000 of your own funds. Applicant organisations must have an annual income between £40,000 and £400,000. The project site must remain open and accessible all year round.
The application deadline is Tuesday 28 April 2026.
