International Tree Foundation is welcoming funding applications from community organisations in order to provide assistance with tree planting projects.
Applicants should demonstrate that their project will plant indigenous tree species, engage community members, and have clear plans for maintenance and sustainability in place.
Groups should also aim to plant trees in public/publicly accessible spaces: sites that are readily accessible to the public, including schools, parks, rights of way, and sites managed by community groups.
The deadline for applications is Friday 12th December at 12 pm noon.
