🏃♂️ Retford Half Marathon – Sunday 15th March 2026 🏃♀️
Join us for one of the friendliest and best organised races in the region! The Retford Half Marathon, hosted by Retford Athletic Club, offers a fast, scenic course ideal for both experienced runners chasing a personal best and those taking on their first half marathon.
Starting and finishing at Oaklands, the route takes runners through Retford and the surrounding Nottinghamshire countryside on well-marshalled, mainly road-based terrain.
All finishers will receive a high-quality medal, with the option to purchase an event T-shirt when entering.
New for 2026, we’ll have a dedicated pacing team to help you hit your time goals, with pacers covering popular target times from 1:30 to 2:30 hours.
The event also features a Family Fun Run (starting at 10:15am), a friendly event village, and plenty of parking and facilities on site. It’s the perfect spring marathon warm up or a great challenge in its own right.
