South Derbyshire CVS (SDCVS) are offering one-to-one support to discuss their Health and Wellbeing Small Grant, which offers funding of up to £1,500 for projects in South Derbyshire that:
- reduce health inequalities between different communities
- support people to live healthy lives
- support people with dementia
- support people with other long-term conditions and their carers.
Applications are welcome from community groups, voluntary organisations, charities, Community Interest Companies, and other not-for-profit organisations delivering services in South Derbyshire.
