It would be great to hear what you thought of the recent Neurodiversity and Physical Activity Inclusion Workshop at Portland College. We’re trying to make this workshop the best it can possibly be and we’d love to get your thoughts about your own experience.

It should only take five minutes to complete and once you’ve submitted we’ll be in touch to arrange to return your deposit.
