As part of our work with the Notts Falls and Physical Activity Community of Practice, we hosted our second ever webinar, titled Making movement a priority in our hospitals.
The interest in the session was truly overwhelming, with 226 people signing up to attend via an eventbrite page and over 100 of those people attending for the duration of the event. WOW!
In the 1 hour long webinar, which you can watch below, we heard from the people who live by the ‘movement is medicine mantra’ across the stratosphere of our Notts hospitals.
A huge thank you to those who spoke so wonderfully and passionately about their work prioritising movement in their individual hospital wards. It was incredible to hear the truly astounding results, which is directly helping to save the NHS money whilst improving peoples lives, all through the premise of promoting movement.
“All life on Earth depends on the freedom to move”
