We’re seeking to commission an individual or organisation to undertake a review of governance and ways of working in the Kirk Hallam, Erewash, Place Partnership.
The outcomes of the review should strengthening collaboration, decision-making, and leadership across the local authority, health, community, and voluntary systems.
The vision for the Erewash Place Partnership is:
“In Kirk Hallam, people are supported to move in ways that feel achievable, welcoming, and part of everyday life.”
Following 18 months of community engagement and partnership working, we developed the following four themes around which we will build our collective actions:
- Active Environments: The importance of green and outdoor space
- Empowering Community Workforce: Community pride through local capacity
- Reducing Health Inequalities: Prioritising services for long-term health conditions and special educational needs and disabilities
- Children and Young People – Using youth voices as drivers for change
As part of your proposal, please provide the following:
- CV and/or covering letter which summarises the skills and experience relevant to the scope and assessment criteria.
- A clear proposal for how the work would be carried out.
- Anticipated start date and completion dates for relevant phases of the work
- A schedule of costs and services.
- Your environmental sustainability policies/practices and/or carbon reduction initiatives
- Any further information which may support the proposal.
All quotations received will be assessed against the following:
- Evidence of knowledge, expertise and experience related to the aims of the comprehensive review.
- Suitability of the proposed approach.
- Evidence of capacity to undertake the work within the defined budget and timescale.
- Value for money.
- Availability
