Everyone Active, LiveWell and Lister House Surgery Collaboration
This collaboration between the team at Moorways Leisure Centre, an Everyone Active facility along with Derby’s Health Referral Team – LiveWell and the Lister House GP surgery in Derby led to bespoke support for people living with pain in the city.
