South Derbyshire CVS are delivering a funding workshop covering the Health and Wellbeing Small Grants and Cost of Living Funds which they administer.
The Small Grant funding pot is available to local voluntary, community and not-for-profit groups which help to improve health & wellbeing and improve mental health & wellbeing. Awards are up to £1,500 are available for projects or activities anywhere in South Derbyshire that:
- Reduce health inequalities between different communities.
- Support people to make choices in their lifestyles that improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
- Support people with dementia and other long-term conditions and their carers to have a good quality of life, retain their independence for as long as possible, and receive the support they need at the end of their lives and/or;
The workshop will introduce the funds provide guidance on applying and answer any questions you may have. So, if you are a club or group operating in South Derbyshire why not come along and find out more.
