Run Walk Talk is back this year with two events in Sinfin Moor Park, Derby and Holmebrook Valley Park, Chesterfield.
Peak Running and Jog Derbyshire invited us, Derbyshire Mind, Derbyshire Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Team, Move More Derby, Chesterfield Borough Council, Derbyshire County Council, Chesterfield FC Community Trust, Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Livewell Derby.
We attended the Chesterfield event on the 18th of July, the event was attended by people of all abelites to celebrate the connection between physical activity and mental health while on a run or walk together to connect and share.
