Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Violence Reduction Partnership are trying to understand the extent in which our most deprived neighbourhoods across the city and county are serviced by a youth/community-sport provision.
We’d like anyone who delivers local community sport sessions to young people living in low-income neighbourhoods, please complete the Community Sport Audit form with your current sessional information using the below link.

The online survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
- please add all the sessions that you deliver – not just one. They don’t have to reinput core information (i.e their contact details) for each session but we do need a picture all sessions and provisions.
- Each session added to the audit will generate a reference number that will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win two hundred and fifty pounds towards their organisation, so the more sessions they enter the more chance they have of winning the money for their community.
