National Finals – Rounders

Franky said, I always love a National Final – they are so exciting and the buzz in the room is exhilarating. I recently had the opportunity to attend the National Finals for Rounders, the event was held in Leicester and there were teams from as far as Wales in attendance. (who bravely camped over the night before). Does that mean it was international?

Unfortunately, the weather was awful and Rounders England had no choice but the cancel to ensure the safety of all the players. An excellent example of putting player welfare first, but they were still able to hold their awards ceremony which lifted the mood.
