The Cost-of-Living Fund provides grant funding alongside Recovery Loan Fund loans to eligible charities and social enterprises who are supporting people in the 30% most deprived areas of England and delivering products and services to people impacted by the cost-of-living crisis.
The fund is intended to help the organisations better support people impacted by the cost-of-living crisis.
The fund does not provide standalone grant funding. Organisations can only receive a grant through this fund if they are successful in applying for a loan.
Loans are potentially between £50K and £1.5m over 1 to 6 years at 7.9% interest rate, with an arrangement fee of up to 3%. Grants are between £10K and £250K, with a loan to grant ratio of between 20% and 50%.
Minimum turnover levels apply to applicant organisations.
