Grants to Alleviate Difficulties Faced by Children and Young People Due to the Cost-of-Living Crisis

7Stars Foundation Shine Bright programme differs from the other programmes because it provides funds for specific ‘things’ rather than a project. This year, Shine Bright programme wishes to focus on alleviating the difficulties faced by children and young people due to the cost-of-living crisis.

Grants for charities to purchase educational, wellbeing, or recreational items for young people, aged 16 years old or under, aligned to their priorities. These included children and young people who are surviving abuse, at risk of or experiencing homelessness, caring for a loved one, and challenged by addiction (either personally or through a member of their family).

Applicants must be from a registered charity.

• Applicants must have a turnover of under £1.5m.
• Grants are available for up to £1,500 for each award.
• Grants are offered on a one-off basis.
