The Lloyds Bank Foundation supports local charities, investing in their work helping people overcome complex social issues.
South Derbyshire CVS will be hosting an online Funding Workshop with Lloyds Bank Foundation on Monday 16 October between 14:00 – 15:00pm.
Lloyds Bank Foundation’s focus is where their combination of funding and additional support can make the greatest impact on those they partner with. Their programmes aim to give charities the stability and freedom to use the funding as they best see fit.
They have a range of programmes open throughout the year including:
Specialist programme – targeted and charity supporting the most vulnerable. Themes include addiction, domestic violence, offenders, sexual abuse, homelessness, care Leavers, trafficking, asylum seekers and refugees.
Racial Equity – This programme is for small local charities and community interest companies (CICs) with an income between £25,000 – £500,000 working with people who have faced inequity because of their race or ethnicity.
Deaf / Disabled User lead Organisations –This programme is aimed at registered charities led by and working with d/Deaf and Disabled people who are experiencing poverty. By this, they mean you will be led by and working with people who have a physical or mental impairment that has a ‘substantial’ and ‘long term’ impact on their lives, as defined under the Equality Act 2010.
