Nottinghamshire Community Foundation has recently rebranded as Forever Notts. They were established to encourage philanthropy for the benefit of the people of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
Since 2001, they have distributed over £30m of grant funding to voluntary and community groups in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire to over 4,000 community groups.
Their current open grant programmes includes the J. N. Derbyshire Trust. This Trust supports people in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire by making grants up to £10,000 to community and voluntary groups who work to improve their communities. Priorities include the promotion of health.
This fund is open to smaller registered charities or companies (CIC/CIO) who operate on a not for profit basis and who can supply 2 years of account with their application.
The next deadline is 31/08/2025.
