The first This Girl Can Nottingham Awards have been launched.
The awards aim to celebrate those working in communities who make a positive impact on the lives of others and enable physical activity.
There are eight categories:
- This Girl Can Award
- Unsung Hero
- Personal Trainer
- Group Fitness
- Coaching
- Get Out Get Active Inclusion
- Physical Activity Group
- This Girl Can Volunteer
All nominations can be sent to tgcnottinghamawards@gmail.com with up to 200 words total to include:
- your full name
- Their full name
- Their contact details
- Where in Nottingham City they are
- Which category you are nominating them for
- Why they are your hero
- Why they should win
The deadline for nominations is Monday 2 October.
