Our final Talking Space of 2022 took place which focused on ways to encourage Women and Girls to move more.

The session focused on strategies and stories from the This Girl Can campaign in Nottingham and featured contributions from Loz Uttley from Nottingham City Council and TGC Community Activator and Zumba Instructor Charm Daley. This Talking Space had some great lessons and tips around engaging with Women and Girls, the typical barriers they may face and top tips for creating a provision aimed at women and girls.

It’s a great listen and runs for bang on an hour.
