Amanda, from Mansfield, has shared her story about living with long term health conditions as part of the We are Undefeatable campaign.
Amanda prefers being outside to going to the gym, and enjoys walking and gardening to keep fit and help manage her health conditions.
Amanda has also helped to set up a community allotment, and has seen first-hand the postive impact which this has had on local people.
