GreenSpace have produced The Big Green Book, a directory of nature-based activities and opportunities around Nottingham. Social prescribers and healthcare workers can find a wealth of information, organised by location, to help their clients to choose an activity that is suitable for their needs. All the GreenSpace Trusted Providers are identified by GreenSpace logo, but if you wish to refer into one of the other organisations listed then you will need to do due diligence to ensure that this is a suitable placement for your client.
All GreenSpace Trusted Providers have identified the level of need that they are able to support within their organisation and these mental health levels are outlined within the book, so please consult these to ensure that you are making an appropriate referral.
To make a referral, please contact the organisation using the details provided. Some organisations have links to online referral forms, some require you to send an email or call them directly. Please do not contact the GreenSpace team to make a referral as this is not something that we are able to help with.
