About the Role This role is to lead on the organisation, development and delivery of the Men’s Football program at Nottingham Trent University, one of the top ranked university football programs in the country. Working alongside the Head of Football and the wider support services staff, you will be directly responsible for the delivery of weekly training sessions and matchdays for our Men’s Football 1st Team, who play in BUCS Premier North, along with supporting the wider Men’s Football coaching team in their delivery with the Men’s 2nd-5th Teams. Additionally, you will be instrumental in the recruitment, selection and retention of talented student athletes, both from within the UK and internationally, along with continuing to develop the thriving and successful performance culture at the heart of the club. With a strong history of delivering in a performance environment to high quality players, you will be instrumental in ensuring that Nottingham Trent University continues to be one of the premier institutions for any student wanting to combine high level football with a high quality education.
