We’re looking for passionate professionals to lead and develop a brand new health and wellbeing company and deliver services that make a real difference in our communities. Alliance Leisure Limited has been created by High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council (the Alliance) to manage leisure facilities and deliver a range of services to improve the health and wellbeing of residents. We’re looking for a talented, qualified and experienced Managing Director who will lead and develop the company. We want someone with: • Extensive knowledge and practical experience at a senior leadership level; • A strong understanding of commercial markets and opportunities for maximising income • A strong understanding of physical activity, health, wellbeing and the leisure sector and; • A successful track record of engaging with others at a senior level and creating effective partnerships and networks This is an exciting and critical role in the creation of a distinctive and active wellbeing service for our area, which will make a lasting impact on the health and wellbeing of our communities.
