Invitation to Quote – Ripple Effect Mapping Support

Active Partners Trust is seeking to appoint an organisation or individual to provide support for Ripple Effect Mapping. The support is required across two areas: 1) building the capacity and confidence of others to facilitate ripple effect mapping sessions with a view to embedding this as an approach across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, and 2) to facilitate a ripple effect mapping session to better understand the connections and impact of the Walk Notts work. The successful organisation will work with a co-design group to develop the plans. The exact dates can be agreed with the successful organisation, however we anticipate the initial training session will take place late May / early June, with the Walk Notts ripple effect mapping workshop to take place before the end of June. The follow up session will take place in early July. By the end of the piece of work, we hope: • To have developed a guide that sets out the agreed methodology for how we structure and conduct ripple effect maps. • Those attending the training session (workforce cohort) will understand ripple effect mapping processes and will feel confident and able to facilitate ripple effect mapping sessions within their wider work. • A facilitated ripple effect mapping session will help to capture the wider impacts of the Walk Notts work with Partners from Notts. • Those that accessed the training will be required to attend the Walk Notts session, to gain experience of what the facilitated session will look like and put their learning into practice. • Greater confidence in using ripple effect maps to identify and further explore significant stories of change. This should be in-line with what we would like people to achieve by the end of the training. • As part of your submission please confirm your availability for delivery of the work. • Please also provide the maximum number of attendees for the sessions.
