The new site based at Derby Racecourse has 4 full size state of the art 3G floodlit all weather pitches, an extensive cafe bar and meeting rooms. This is a Hub for sport and is part of a substantial investment in the area. We are looking for a dynamic person who can take on this exciting role of General Manager, someone who can drive a team to meet the goals and build the business with Leisure United. THE ROLE – GENERAL MANAGER As a General Manager you are responsible for delivering 5-star service and outstanding financial performance, whilst engaging with the wider community by hosting and supporting events, pitch bookings, leagues and programmes to achieve social outcomes. Preferably you will have a good understanding of the grassroot football market and what the consumer needs are and how to continually develop and grow this area of the business.
