A free-of-charge, low impact activity, social and wellbeing club for adults who are concerned about their memory loss due to a health condition such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, post-Covid memory loss or menopausal memory loss, amongst other things.
Memory Club is a free club for anyone looking to interact with others, take up social and low impact activities such as Sudoku, playing cards, Carrom, indoor Bowls. table tennis and more or simply get support with their health condition and wellbeing.
