We provide exercise and dance sessions specifically designed for people 60+. Members can gently build up fitness, meet new people and express themselves through creative movement. For any ability, seated or standing in a warm and welcoming environment. Accessible door to door transport also available. Venue: Brinsley Parish Hall, Cordy Lane, Brinsley, Nottinghamshire, NG16 5BZ Day: Every Monday during term time Time: 10am-12pm (arrive from 10am, class runs 10.15-11.30am, with refreshments at the end) Cost: £5 per session pay as you go Open to: anyone aged 60 and over Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for physical activity Please get in touch and book your FREE taster session
